Quarrymen, stone masons, bricklayers, carpenters, blacksmiths, tilers, joiners, stringers, cartwrights, wheelwrights, painters, basket makers, herbalists, gardeners... transform and enhance the stone, wood and earth on the site to reveal the secrets of the builders of the Middle Ages.
