The Climats experience begins with a historical presentation of the Château de la Crée, founded in 1431 by Nicolas Rolin (Chancellor to the Duke of Burgundy) and the cultural wealth of the village of Santenay (Gallo-Roman remains, Monasteries, Montagne des Trois Croix...).

We will then visit the 1.5 hectare Clos du Château vineyard, planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Together, we'll talk about Burgundy classification and the importance of terroir through a landscape...
